Cancellation Policy
We do require a 24 hour notice on all cancellations. As a courtesy to our clients, we attempt to confirm all appointments via text or email. We do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; however it is imperative that you contact our office immediately to notify us of your cancellation in a timely manner. If the client is unable to give us a 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of service. The second time you will be charged 100% of service, which must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
If you fail to show up you will be charged 100% of service for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment time will be shortened. This is to ensure that the clients who do arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the therapist. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day IF one is available. We will try to accommodate late- comers in the best manner possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other clients. If a client arrive to the office 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the client will be asked to reschedule.
